If you want any other help from my side about…
Very Good
Nice
I cannot create a desktop icon. First of all I don't have a directory ./local/share/applications in my home directory. So gEdit gives me in error that it cannot create the file. And even if I do create the directory share/applications in my home directory and create a file eclipse.desktop there it doesn't create a launcher.
Even if I create a .desktop file in the /usr/share/applications directory I am not able to get an icon in the desktop launcher. Can anyone help me out here?
I followed the steps as per ur video , but the eclipse icon shows a question mark. I am not able to open the application. Help me out @imran.
Thank you so much,
