How to fix ‘SM Bus Controller doesn’t have a driver’ problem in Windows 7 64 bit operating system. Are you getting yellow exclamation warning symbol over the SM Bus Controller shown under ‘Other devices’ in Device Manager. This mean, there is no driver installed for SM Bus Controller.   2. Thank you so much ! ! I just installed new drive. I had been looking around for awhile for the SM Bus controller – even on the Dell site. Problem resolved now – thanks to you. I went to the link above – and installed the file 'SetupChipset.exe' – just like you suggested. BANG – problem fixed
