  1. Thank you for the information πŸ‘πŸ» I have a windows 10 hP laptop and the first two steps fixed it but on the second step it didn't have the same result on my laptop then on the video Thank you. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ”ŠπŸ“ΆπŸ˜±πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ––πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈ

  2. I have an HP Stream 11 and after performing a reset my touchpad stopped working. There's no touchpad option in the mouse settings and I tried installing the right synaptics touchpad driver to my laptop but still nothing is working. I go to the advanced mouse setting and it says unable to connect to the synaptics pointing device. Please help!!!

  3. I just bought my hp pavilion 17-g148ds 3 months ago and the suddenly the multi-finger gesture, scrolling, tapping doesn't wok anymore, I just wonder how can I fix my touch pad? can anyone here help me to fix it?

  4. I have an hp envy 2016 with the synaptics driver and i cant press my keys and move my cursor with the trackpad. ive turned the smart sense off and i changed the setting to have no delay after keys are pressed. i also restarted my computer and the driver. i have no idea what to do now i wanted to install a third party touchpad diver becuse this synaptics driver cant let me properly use my applications like fl studio and minecraft lol. oh and i also checked and there is no palm rejection setting for the synaptics driver and its updated to the newest one πŸ™ do i have to choose between living the rest of my life having to worry about a mouse or just get another laptop

  5. These instructions don't work for Compaq Presario CQ61z-300 CTO Notebook PC. HP's support site does not automatically recognize the notebook, and when the notebook model is entered (which requires the full name I described–just ending with CQ61 was not adequate, even though none of my documentation had that information. I had to go find the original sales receipt to find the full model number.)

THEN, when I FINALLY got the full model number, the support site's only options for the operating system were the 32 or 64 bit versions of Windows 7. All that effort (over an hour of my time) and the HP support site had no useful information about the driver other than to suggest I use what Microsoft recommends, which doesn't work, which is why I was looking for the driver in the first place! Microsoft uses a touchpad driver from from a different manufacturer that does not support the scrolling function of the touchpad. I need the Symantec driver for the touchpad. It should be a simple thing to find, but HP provides no help, nor does Microsoft.

  6. I evreything on hp pavilion dm1 4010us and the problem is affter some time it freeze the keybord and touchpad, then i put it on sleep mode and back on and it work for next 15-20min and then same thing happend. How to fix that? On HP siste there's not w10 drivers for dm1 but the notebook work best whit w10. Please help

  7. I have laptop from 6 years ago and whenΒ Β I upgrade windows10 the scrolling didn't work and I followed the video and where to chose which operation system's version it's have just windows7 choice there is no windows10,,,, P.S.: my laptop model is HP G62-b50SJ Notebook PC

  8. My problem is that once i upgraded to win 10 the lock on my touchpad stopped working. Everything is working fine except for the lock. I have tried everything but nothing works! any suggestions please ?

  9. So I have no mouse and a touchpad that won't work – and you guide me trough several steps that is nearly impossible to manage without any of them… Nice – but try to make a video where you solely use the KEYBOARD to navigate in Windows 10 – and then upload it, I'm sure that would be a much bigger help than this.

Or is just be that got it all wrong?!?
