    Not sure if you still keep tabs on this thread, but I am able to follow everything up to step 6, but when I try to install dshowserver, I'm told the package cannot be found. Is it possible the package is not at the specified location? (i.e. in ripps818's launchpad area? I may have confused myself, but I thought I would ask.
