CUDA Toolkit 9.0 :

Cuda Installation :
sudo dpkg -i cuda-repo-ubuntu1604-9-0-local_9.0.176-1_amd64.deb

sudo apt-key add /var/cuda-repo-9-0-local/7fa2af80.pub

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install cuda-9-0

  1. Thank you for this video.
    There is a mistake in the cuDNN download. You tell us to download the developer. But the file you have actually downloaded and install, is the runtime version. cuDNN v7.0.5 Runtime Library for Ubuntu16.04 (Deb).

  2. Enjoyed the video and got through it quickly. Failed "ImportError: libcudnn.so.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory when tried to import tensorflow at the end. I'm also not sure why you ran the sudo apt-get install libcupti-dev that was for toolkits <= 7.5. Close, but not there yet.

  3. I can't install cudnn.And I try to install it with termal, it show
    "dpkg: error processing package libcudnn7-dev (–install):
    dependency problems – leaving unconfigured
    Errors were encountered while processing:
    libcudnn7-dev"
    what did I do wrong?And how to fix it?
