With WSL, Window Subsystem for Linux, you can literally run multiple Linux distributions in Windows. You can run openSUSE, Ubuntu…and what not. Some people are saying it’s a threat to desktop Linux. Is it? Let’s discuss.


  1. My main issue with Windows is privacy invasion. So running anything on Windows is bad as far as I am concerned. So for me and my small business, I won't even look at this feature. Thanks for your video. 😁

  2. it's not because of linux tools i went from windows to linux, it's because of windows bugs, unstabilities, and spyware. You don't get linux security if you don't run it natively. I dual boot windows only for games, that's it, i have nothing else installed on it.
