  1. Configure a dedicate database Listener (this is different from the default Listener running in the gird):
How to use initiate oracle listeners without error?
    How to use grid listeners?

  2. Hi baraka !!! Hope you are doing good..

I have imported your VM appliance with 12c and ASM. Will someone please navigate me to startup crs and database up and running..
Help will be really appreciated ..

  3. Ahmed, After setting up X11 forwading on the Putty host session and with Xming icon launched in the host session right lower corner, xclock would not come up ! It would come up inside the VM environment only but not in my host window environment ! Under root, echo $DISPLAY and xauth list showed nothing. What would be the implications if I just install grid and Oracle 12c inside my VM without Xming ?

  4. thank you for these tutorials

and I'm having a trouble with Xming whenever I wanna use a command I have an error for example

    [root@srv1]#xclock
    Error: Can't open display

besides that I can't configure the xauth list !!

Please help !!! and keep doing videos they're awesome !!!
