On May 31, Microsoft has made the release preview of Windows 8 available to anyone who is interested in downloading and running the operating system. As this is the release preview of Windows 8, this will be the final public pre-release to Windows 8. Also, with the addition to Windows 8 Release Preview, Microsoft also made release candidate of Microsoft Windows Server 8 and Microsoft Visual Studio…

  1. Stupid Windows 98 Fans, If you just like Windows 98 rather than Windows 2000, ME, XP, Vista, or 7, or even 8, you bought your first computer in 1998 and are still using it's Windows 98 OS, You did not hear of Windows 2000, ME, XP, Vista, 7, or 8, or you are telling Microsoft that there Windows 2000, ME, XP, Vista, 7, and 8 OS's are stupid and they should destroy those OS's until everyone's computer in the world is running Windows 98. So, Just upgrade to Windows Windows 2000, ME, XP, Vista, 7, or even 8, stupid idiots. >:D

  4. I don't see why people hate Windows 8. It's just Windows 7 but with a Metro UI. If you don't like it, switch to the big 'Desktop' app and then you'll be better. In my opinion, Windows 8 looks really fun to use; now I'm not hating on previous OS's – I'm using XP at the moment (new PC soon) and Windows 7 is amazing. It never hurts to downgrade if you don't like it. If you want to try it before upgrading, download VirtualBox.

  5. Thank you. As an computer instructor, it is a constant challenge to stay up with new technology. The Windows XP OS has just been updated to 7 on school computers. A number of my students purchasing home computers to keep up with homework are getting new products with 8 and Metro UI. I haven't purchased 8 yet, but needed to understand to better assist my students. This helped.

  6. I dunno, I'd have to say windows 7 is the superior OS, vista was garbage, 7 fixed most of those flaws, and well, since I'm a gamer, most modern games actually require win7 to even run.
